High-end Seamless Steel Pipe Produced by HYST “Appeared” on CCTV

At 8:00pm on March,19, the feature—Water Dragon in Coal Sea, the first episode of Super Coal Mine, was broadcast on the program of Across China of CCTV4. The feature made a close and all-round display of the unique 8.8-meter-high “super mining device” manufactured by Shendong Shangwan. The key parts of the hydraulic support of this “super mining device”—outer cylinder and middle cylinder, were manufactured with the large-diameter high-end seamless steel pipe supplied by HYST. The 8.8-meter-high hydraulic support with world leading technology, manufactured with S890 large-diameter hydraulic pillar pipe supplied by HYST, creates a world height record of the supporting equipment used in coal mine, and meantime, it is capable of bearing the weight of 2,600 tons, equivalent of the weight of more than 180 heavy trucks. Particularly, the hydraulic cylinder pipe with the largest diameter in China developed by HYST boasts the properties of high strength, high roughness, corrosion resistance and impact resistance, and makes its due contribution to the construction of “the Pillar of a Great Power” in China’s coal energy industry, and the creation of the world record.
